Damaged Parcel Policy
If your parcel arrives damaged or broken during transit, please notify us immediately. To help our team resolve your case quickly, please provide the following:
Due to the natural and edible nature of food products, opened or used items cannot be returned.
• An incorrect product was delivered.
• Item was damaged upon receipt.
• Product does not match order confirmation.
*Products must remain completely unused and in original packaging.
Upon verification and approval of your claim, we will issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
*Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fulfillment error was made on our end.
